Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for registration and to relax before your appointment. For the consideration of our other guests, please turn off cell phones while in the spa. We also ask that small children do not accompany you on your spa experience, unless receiving services.

Reservations

In order to serve you better, reservations are encouraged. A credit card is required to reserve your appointments. Please note that prices are subject to change and taxes are not included in the listed price. On occasion, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). Please be assured that on such occasions we have exhausted all other options and we will do our best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience. In such events, complimentary services or compensation for the treatment(s) will not be provided.

Cancellation/Changes

The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Guests who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled treatments will be charged the entire package or service price. In order to avoid cancellation charges, please notify us no later than 24 hours (for weekdays) or 48 hours (for weekends) prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will be charged 50% package or service price.

Gratuities

Gratuities may be offered in appreciation for your services at your discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. There will be an automatic 15% gratuity added onto groups of 4 or more. PLEASE NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled bookings. Your treatments will end at their scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. If you are late, your Service will still end at the scheduled time, regardless of the reason. Fusion cannot inconvenience other Guests by giving you the full service if you arrive late.
